This mild Sauce was crafted with seafood in mind...basically everything you would put on a fresh oyster. It has a red jalapeno hot sauce base, fresh horseradish, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The result is an amazing rich, sharp, and tangy flavor that will please even the toughest critic. It obviously goes great on oysters, shrimp, or any seafood dishes and is also a perfect addition for Bloody Mary's. For an additional kick, The Alchemist suggest adding a dash or two of the Habanero Hot Sauce for the perfect brunch cocktail!

This hot sauce was handmade in small batches using only fresh ingredients that are sourced locally whenever possible. No additives or artificial ingredients are ever used. Refrigerate after opening and shake well, natural settling may occur.
